Job Title: Technician

We are seeking a skilled Technician who will cross-train and learn areas R1 (Assembly and Disassembly) and R2 (Electrical testing/diagnostics). You will receive process knowledge points for each area trained in after successfully passing an audit. Process Knowledge points for model knowledge (R3-R5) will be awarded for every 2 generator models you can disassemble/assemble. If you receive a process knowledge point, you are expected to perform work in that area within the time standards per the process standards.


Responsibilities
  • Train new employees in areas where you have process knowledge points.
  • Disassemble generators to remove parts and make repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
  • Perform tests throughout the repair process to ensure the generator meets quality specifications.
  • Reassemble equipment after completion of repairs, inspections, and testing.

Requirements
  • 2+ Years of consistent work history.
  • 2+ years of Mechanic or repair technician work.
  • Ability to diagnose and fix issues with generators.

Work Environment

Our manufacturing floor is incredibly clean and organized. All employees take great pride in maintaining this environment.


1st shift: Monday-Friday 5:30am-1pm
