We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Professional to oversee health rooms at 2-3 district schools in the Daviess County Public Schools system.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to provide medical care, guidance, and supervision to students, as well as support unlicensed personnel in school health settings.

Responsibilities

  • Develop individualized health care plans for students with diverse medical needs
  • Administer medications and perform health screenings as required
  • Collaborate with school staff to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment
  • Provide training and education to school personnel on health-related topics

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
