Physician Leader for Southeastern Idaho

We are seeking an experienced physician to serve as Chief Medical Officer for our FM & IM Residency Programs in Southeastern Idaho. Located in the Grand Teton area, 80 miles to Jackson Hole & Grand Teton National Park, and 150 miles to Twin Falls, this position offers a unique blend of natural beauty and professional challenge.
About the RoleThe CMO will report to the CEO and partner closely with the Chief Operations Officer (COO), Chief Quality Improvement Officer (CQIO), and the executive, senior, and clinical leadership teams to improve care delivery. As a key member of our leadership team, the CMO will be responsible for driving quality improvement initiatives, developing and implementing clinical policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements- Experience as a physician leader in a residency program
- Strong clinical and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Passion for improving patient care and outcomes
