As a Private Duty Nurse LPN, you will play a vital role in assisting our patients with transitioning home from the hospital and providing continuous care to remain at home with their loved ones.

As a skilled nurse, you will implement physicians' prescribed plans of care, conduct patient assessments and coordinate care, administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, and document care provided in our system of record. You will also be responsible for promoting health, teaching, and training family members, as well as following up with physicians, clients, and staff on client problems and concerns.

Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state where you will practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
