- Perform and document vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as hygiene, feeding, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Collect and document intake and output, as well as perform Foley care and specimen collection.
- Assist with transferring and repositioning patients, and provide linen changes as needed.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
Requirements:
- Current NYS CNA certification.
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- BCLS certification.
