Job Summary:

St. John's Episcopal Hospital is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and supporting our healthcare team in a variety of clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform and document vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as hygiene, feeding, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
  • Collect and document intake and output, as well as perform Foley care and specimen collection.
  • Assist with transferring and repositioning patients, and provide linen changes as needed.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.

Requirements:
  • Current NYS CNA certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalency.
  • BCLS certification.
