Job Summary

As a Part-Time Baker with Morrison Healthcare, you will be responsible for preparing baked goods according to recipes and production specifications. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries as necessary, following production and catering sheets.
  • Ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes, following prescribed production standards, and using proper equipment.
  • Assist with the completion of production records, including waste tracking, used/unused portions, and product shortages.
  • Maintain proper presentation, food quality, portion control, and serving temperatures.
  • Ensure sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils within the work area.
  • Handle food items appropriately and with all safety regulations in mind during preparation and service.
  • Clean equipment and workstations thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments.
  • Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly and customer-service-oriented manner.
  • Consistently exhibit the ability to keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately, and efficiently.
