Echocardiography Specialist

We are seeking an Echocardiography Specialist to join our team at Williamson Health, a leading healthcare provider in Franklin, Tennessee. As an integral part of our multidisciplinary imaging department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality echocardiogram services to our patients and physicians.

Job Summary:

The Echocardiography Specialist will perform echo procedures, including TEE studies and stress echo studies, while maintaining a safe and clean environment. This role requires formal education and training in echocardiography, as well as registration or eligibility in the field. Proficiency in specific equipment and processes is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality echocardiogram studies, adhering to pre-determined standards and protocols
• Collaborate with cardiologists during TEEs and cardioversions
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Participate in ongoing professional development and education

Requirements:

• Degree/certificate from an accredited echocardiography program
• Registration or eligibility in echocardiography
• Proficient in performing TEE studies, stress echo studies, and use of contrast
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least two years of work experience in echocardiography

Compensation and Benefits:

Our compensation package includes a highly competitive salary, ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience.
