The successful candidate will be responsible for creating standard processes and related training requirements to ensure consistency in SAP deployments across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of standard sourcing and procurement processes for the Supply Chain Sourcing Workstream technical team.
  • Utilize experience, user validation, and testing to ensure all processes meet operational requirements.
  • Manage incidents and bug fixes to ensure they are properly actioned and closed in a timely manner.
  • Review and identify root causes, leading the development of change requests as required.
  • Manage the RITM (change request) process to ensure configuration meets the desired solution of the business process across the Enterprise.
  • Create key design decisions for approval.
  • Establish technical support priorities and schedule accordingly.
  • Ensure all testing meets design requirements.
  • Own the proper documentation, revision control, and communication/training of changes that impact the user base.
Requirements
  • Minimum four-year technical or business degree.
  • 10+ years of experience within operations/supply chain disciplines working in an ERP.
  • SAP implementation experience a plus.
  • Supply chain best practices or lean and supply chain re-engineering experience.
  • Strong change management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present and explain technical information to various audiences.
  • 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional project teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
