Seeking Experienced Breast Surgeon

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is currently recruiting a skilled Breast Surgeon to join our esteemed practice in the Athens, GA community. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the clinical excellence that defines Piedmont Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex breast surgeries, including mastectomies, lumpectomies, and excisional biopsies
  • Provide expert care for patients with breast cancer and other breast-related conditions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
  • Board Certification in General Surgery
  • Active medical license in Georgia or eligibility to obtain
  • Experience with breast surgery procedures and office-based ultrasound core biopsies
