Job Title: Players Club Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Players Club Supervisor is a key member of the Seminole Gaming team, responsible for overseeing the Players Club Leads and Representatives. This role involves identifying new gaming customers, maintaining customer information, and ensuring the highest standards of data entry.

Responsibilities:

Interview, hire, and train employees

Plan, assign, and direct work

Appraise performance and reward employees

Discipline employees and address complaints

Maintain staff schedule to optimize service levels and maintain fiscal responsibility

Ensure compliance with State, gaming, and Tribal laws

Manage Player's Club promotions and redemptions

Process and maintain Player's Club Reports

Ensure comps and prize redemptions are issued in accordance with Hard Rock guidelines

Assist in resolving player and cross-department challenges

Work closely with Player Development, slot department, table games department, and guest services/call service center

Requirements:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

HA college degree preferred and/or combination of education and work experience

1-3 years of casino marketing or slot host experience preferred or 1-3 years of customer service supervisory experience

Ability to deliver a service level that creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return

Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities

Ability to project a professional appearance and work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Strong knowledge of CMP and GHS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word

Work Environment:

The duties and responsibilities of this job are typically performed on the Casino Floor in a fast-paced, guest-smoking environment, with constant exposure to the general public and excessive noise.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear, and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.

Seminole Gaming's employment process requires candidates to obtain gaming licensure by successfully completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to beginning employment. These background checks may include, but are not limited to, credit checks, criminal background checks, drug screens, and other requirements as necessary.
