At Little Endeavors Child Development Center, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating and caring for young children.

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Full-time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, paid vacation, and holidays. Additionally, we offer a discounted rate on childcare services.

Job Description: As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans and activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. You will also supervise children, ensure their safety, and maintain a clean and organized classroom.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete DHS required trainings and follow all DHS regulations
  • Supervise children and ensure their safety
  • Clean in the classroom and complete other daily chores
  • Follow a daily schedule
  • Create and implement lesson plans and activities
  • Assist in potty training children
  • Prepare children for kindergarten

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualities:

  • Ability to care for children between the ages of 6 weeks to 11 years old
  • A strong sense of professionalism and ability to communicate effectively
  • Exceptional reliability and willingness to learn new things
  • Ability to plan and execute curriculum and follow a daily schedule
