Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in remediation, including due diligence, environmental assessments, investigations, and remediation. This role requires strong technical expertise in NJDEP, PADEP, RCRA, MGP, PFAS, and Superfund regulations, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

This dynamic leader will play a key role in developing business, managing projects, supervising staff, preparing reports, and overseeing field operations. The successful candidate will have opportunities to collaborate with a diverse group of top professionals across multiple geographic areas and regulatory programs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement remedial action plans in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Manage environmental projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Solicit new business opportunities, expand existing client relationships, and maintain project workload.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, providing performance reviews, feedback, and guidance for professional growth.
  • Maintain a strong emphasis on technical excellence and client service.
Requirements
  • A NJ Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) license in good standing; a Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist certification is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 15 years of experience in remediation, including due diligence, environmental assessments, investigations, and remediation.
  • Strong technical background with in-depth knowledge of NJDEP, PADEP, RCRA, MGP, PFAS, and Superfund regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to seek out new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and maintain project workload.
