Job Description

This Help Desk Specialist position will provide technical support for our RITS program, which provides modern and secure enterprise-wide IT support services to approximately 37,000 USACE customers. The successful candidate will install and test output devices, troubleshoot incidents, and perform hardware and software diagnostics.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in the maintenance and repair of printers manufactured by HP, Ricoh, Xerox, and Lexmark.
  • Experience installing and configuring firmware and CAC authentication software on printer devices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Prior experience in the DoD environment is highly desirable.
