About the Role

As a Senior Property Manager at Colliers International, you will be responsible for managing an office and retail portfolio on behalf of our client. This is a senior leadership role that requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and financial acumen.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will lead and develop a dynamic team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • You will work collaboratively with clients, property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless operations.
  • You will mentor and manage your team to reach overall organizational goals.
  • You will establish and maintain strategic relations with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • You will expand the business base through regular contact with key clients and prospective clients.

Your Qualifications

  • You have 5-8 years of progressive experience managing commercial real estate.
  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • You possess a valid real estate license.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills along with a high degree of professionalism and experience managing staff.
  • You have strong experience with real estate software such as YARDI, MRI, etc.
  • You have previous exposure with institutional clients.
  • You have a strong understanding of financial reports and basic business fundamentals, including P&L management.
  • You are based in San Francisco, CA.

Bonus Skills and Experience

  • You have industry-specific certification such as CPM and/or RPA preferred.
  • You have an understanding of market cycles and the ability to set short and long-term strategies.
  • You demonstrate accountability with budget and capital expense.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $130,000 to $150,000 per year. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
