Legal Specialist I/II Position

The Washington County District Attorney's Office is seeking a skilled Legal Specialist I/II to join their Criminal Prosecution Data Integrity team. This role provides critical support to the Criminal Prosecution Program, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of case data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and process criminal case reports from multiple record management systems.
- Update the DA's case management system after court appearances.
- Manage case notifications received electronically from the court, law enforcement agencies, and other public entities.
- Collaborate with the Data Integrity team to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; AND Three (3) years of experience providing administrative or clerical support.
- A Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a related field or a Paralegal certificate may substitute for two (2) years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the legal field and criminal justice or child support systems.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish.
