Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous and professional service to guests in person and over the phone
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Process guest services transactions, including credits, refunds, and lottery ticket sales
  • Operate cash registers and assist guests with self-checkouts
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked department, ensuring compliance with company safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of prior retail or related experience preferred
  • Good verbal communication skills and ability to interact politely with customers
  • Good customer service and organizational skills, with attention to detail
