Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Education Specialist to join our team at Cary School District 26.

About the Role

This position is responsible for providing technical support and services to students, staff, and parents. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of educational technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to students, staff, and parents via phone, email, and in-person assistance.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve the use of educational technology among students and staff.
  • Collaborate with teachers to integrate technology into the curriculum.
  • Analyze technical issues and develop solutions to resolve them efficiently.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in education, computer science, or a related field.
  • Experience working in an educational setting, preferably in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
