Leadership Opportunity:

Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is seeking a seasoned Scratch Kitchen Director to oversee the daily operations of our restaurants. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving profitability, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

The Ideal Leader:

  • Minimum of five years of high-volume full-service restaurant management experience.
  • Proven track record of success in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Lead a team of restaurant managers to ensure seamless execution of all operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and manage labor costs.
  • Collaborate with the GM to achieve company-wide objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties requiring bending, reaching, and turning.

Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
