Job Summary

Aeon is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to support the management and leasing of Sienna Green in Roseville, MN. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can provide exceptional resident service and assist in managing operations, leasing activity, renewals, collections, financial reporting, and communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Relations: Respond to resident, vendor, and management needs, issues, or problems, including entering maintenance requests, granting access, and attending community meetings as needed.
  • Office Support: Provide administrative support to the site office, including answering telephone, filing, sorting mail, maintaining office equipment, ordering supplies, and referring residents.
  • Compliance: Support the Property Manager in achieving overall compliance of the property, including collecting, processing, and filing required information.
  • Property Finances: Assist with rent collection, including issuing receipts, preparing deposits, and creating delinquent letters, as well as supporting the Property Manager with lease termination and legal action if necessary.
  • Marketing & Leasing: Obtain occupancy goals by marketing, processing applications, retaining residents, and affirmative marketing.
  • Physical Asset: Support the Property Manager in ensuring unit and common area components pass physical inspections, inspecting apartments during move-in and move-out, and walking apartments and the community as needed.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in detail-oriented administrative support functions and face-to-face customer interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle shifting and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to engage in culturally responsive communication and a commitment to learning and participating in Aeon's diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $22-$24, depending on experience, and an impressive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, retirement plan, generous paid time off, and an employee assistance program.

This is an in-person position, working mostly out of Sienna Green, with occasional work at Aeon's Central Office, training facilities, and other properties.
