Job Summary

Mass Electric Construction Co. is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee construction projects nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, including underground and above-ground installations, and experience managing union labor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards are met.
• Perform daily inspections of work performed and act as liaison and coordinator between contractors.
• Establish budgetary guidelines for the job and ensure cost control measures are followed.
• Provide job safety training and awareness for all personnel and establish quality standards of all jobs.
• Develop and manage job schedules, coordinate work with contractors, and ensure inspections are scheduled appropriately.

Requirements

• A minimum of five years experience as General Foreman or Superintendent.
• Management of union labor a plus.
• Direct and supervise crews of 20-50 craft employees at one time.
• Broad understanding of technical electrical systems, including underground layout and installation, instrumentation installation, and above-ground systems layout and installations.
• Experience managing multiple relocations and working in various locations and conditions.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
