Job Overview
Avera Sister James Care Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiving Professional (CNA Float) to provide top-notch care to our elderly residents. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with nurses and other professionals to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits
The hourly rate for this position is $18.25-$24.00 per hour, dependent on experience. Responsibilities
* Provide daily care to develop meaningful relationships with our elderly residents
* Work collaboratively with the team in a dynamic environment
* Gain hands-on experience in care working alongside experienced professionals
* Cross-train on all units for flexibility and growth

Requirements
* Must be 18 years of age
* Obtain CNA certification within 120 days of hire
* Med Aide certification required if eligible

Work Schedule
* 5:30pm-6:00am, every other weekend, every other holiday; 72 hours every 2 weeks; FLOAT
