Job Title: Academic Professional, Department of Occupational Therapy

The Department of Occupational Therapy at Radford University invites applications for a tenure-track position. We offer a Master of Occupational Therapy degree program in two campus locations, Radford and Roanoke, Virginia. The successful candidate will teach across the curriculum with an emphasis on pediatrics, advise and mentor graduate students, and contribute to a departmental scholarship agenda. Radford University is a comprehensive public university recognized for its academic programs and dedication to excellence. The main campus is located in Radford, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, with an urban vibe in our Roanoke location. The region offers an abundance of recreation opportunities at nearby rivers, lakes, parks, and forests. The successful candidate will be eligible for licensure to practice Occupational Therapy in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach across the curriculum with an emphasis on pediatrics
  • Advise and mentor MOT graduate students
  • Contribute to a departmental scholarship agenda

Requirements:
  • Hold a doctoral degree
  • Be currently certified by NBCOT
  • Be eligible for licensure to practice Occupational Therapy in the Commonwealth of Virginia
