Behavior Therapist

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a compassionate and dynamic Behavior Therapist to join our dedicated team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in creating positive, lasting changes for individuals with autism. Your responsibilities will include implementing personalized behavior intervention programs, working one-on-one with children, and providing direct treatment and ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA clinician.

• Implementing behavior intervention programs tailored to individual needs
• Providing direct treatment and ABA therapy to children with autism
• Working collaboratively with a BCBA clinician to develop and implement treatment plans
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of children during treatment sessions

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum one year of experience working with children with disabilities
• Preferred experience in ABA therapy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required for Pennsylvania applications
