Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our OBGYN department at Summit Health Inc. The successful candidate will work as part of a healthcare team, assisting in planning and implementing care interventions while promoting high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing patients for exams and procedures
- Administer medications, including injections and IV therapy as needed
- Provide basic patient care and treatments, such as dressing wounds and applying compresses
- Collect and process specimens accurately
- Clean and prepare medical treatment rooms for patient visits
- Assemble and use equipment appropriate to specific medical practice
- Schedule follow-up appointments for patients as needed
- Graduate of LPN school program
- Current licensure as LPN in state of New York
- IV and/or phlebotomy skills preferred
