Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Inspecting grounds daily and removing trash, debris, and pet waste to meet company standards
  • Operating the trash compactor
  • Removing trash and remaining items from vacant apartments
  • Pressure washing breezeways and common areas
  • In inclement weather, performing tasks to keep sidewalks and building access free of hazards
  • Completing assigned minor and routine service tickets as requested
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills when interacting with residents, staff, and vendors
  • Adhering to all safety policies and procedures
  • Performing other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree being a plus
  • A valid driver's license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • The ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • A willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
