We're a multi-state, professional private practice of independent Physical Therapists who visit patients and provide evidence-based geriatric care.
As a Geriatric Care Specialist, you'll have the autonomy to create your own schedule and work with a variety of patients, from full-time to part-time, salaried with benefits, to our FOX Flex (PRN) positions where you will be paid per visit.

What you'll do:
Provide Geriatric House Calls to older adults
Deliver proactive and evidence-based therapy to older adults

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
