Hospice Care Director

As a Hospice Branch Director, you'll supervise staff, manage documentation requirements, and oversee service coordination and case management.
Our ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with expertise in pain and symptom management, and previous experience in hospice nursing.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising the day-to-day office and clinical operations
- Planning, coordinating, and delivering interdisciplinary team interventions
- Assigning staff members to patients/families
- Acting as a staff nurse when necessary
- Participating in community awareness and education programs
Requirements include:
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience within the past 36 months
- One year of experience in a hospice setting
- Thorough understanding of federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing hospice operations
