Key Responsibilities:

• Review, assess, and resolve material legal issues for the firm and its affiliates
• Research legal questions and draft legal documents
• Make decisions that have a material impact on the firm and its affiliates
• Identify and assess potential liability to the firm, its affiliates, and its associates
• Communicate advice, recommendations, and findings effectively with other attorneys, professionals, associates, and leaders
• Represent the firm and its affiliates by working with opposing counsel and state and federal regulators

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) - Licensed to practice law in any state in the US
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in partnership tax/subchapter K, preferably at both a law firm and in-house
• Seasoned judgment on matters within their area of expertise
