Brand Manager Role Overview
The successful candidate will work closely with Line of Business stakeholders to drive short- and long-term business goals, optimize marketing strategies, and present measurement in the context of those goals.

As a Manager, Brand Management for our property and specialty lines, you will be part of our Integrated Marketing flywheel model, collaborating with Marketing specialists to create impactful, industry-leading initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Line of Business stakeholders to set short- and long-term business goals and optimize marketing strategies to achieve those goals.
- Develop advertising strategies inclusive of Paid/Owned/Earned Media and Creative tailored to business objectives, customized to your audience, and cohesive with the overall master brand strategy.
- Ensure alignment in overall planning and successful execution by developing and maintaining relationships with partners across the business, within the Marketing department, and with agencies.
- Drive Line of Business and Reasons to Believe cohesion across all customer-facing touchpoints through collaboration with product, media, creative, CRM, and agent sales management teams.
- Continuously leverage customer, category, and cultural insights to help guide ideation and improve relevance and preference of GEICO brand and products.
- Demonstrate thought-partnership across cross-functional teams (Media, Sports, Creative, Analytics, PR, CRM) to bring initiatives from insight to action.
Deliverables:
- Create short- and long-range business plans in partnership with line of business stakeholders, setting objectives, mapping out unit economics, determining key initiatives, and identifying KPIs grounded in consumer insights.
- Derive insights from quote and bind trends, customer behaviors, and insights, and competitive performance to inform short- and long-term strategic recommendations.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of business growth drivers, risk factors, and data trends related to customer acquisition, retention, and cross-sell.
- Build business pipeline across digital, phone, and agent distribution channels.
- Identify insights-driven territories and moments for media selection and creative development.
- Craft comprehensive narratives for media and creative briefings grounded in Where to Play/How to Win framework to achieve business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are seeking a seasoned professional with experience in brand marketing/management with a Fortune 500 company, demonstrating success in driving significant, profitable growth through consumer marketing programs. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree; MBA preferred, and have experience in evaluating creative concepts and assets based on strategic alignment and business impact.

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year
