Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with departmental requirements and state-specific nursing standards.
  • Collaborate with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models.
  • Act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing required.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role.
