$62,000 - $82,000 per year

About the Role:

Under the supervision of the unit's director, the clinical nurse coordinator will be responsible for directing and coordinating all functions in the unit on designated shifts. This includes assessing, monitoring, recording, reporting, and following up on symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.

  • Audit and maintain accurate records
  • Consult with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and modify the plan of care as needed
  • Delegate tasks safely while retaining accountability for patient care
  • Provide individualized education for patients, families, and caregivers throughout the continuum of care
  • Adhere to standards of safety and infection control in patient care delivery
