Ninja Sushi Mililani is a dynamic restaurant in search of reliable and skilled Bartenders to join our team.

We are seeking highly dependable individuals with strong work ethics, who can effectively manage the bar area and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with and adherence to the rules of the Honolulu Liquor Commission.
• Possession of a valid "Blue Card" issued by the Honolulu Liquor Commission.
• Preparation and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to the restaurant's standard recipes.
• Acceptance of guest payments, processing of credit card charges, and making change as needed.
• Verification of guests' age requirements for the purchase of alcohol through identification checks.
• Efforts to limit problems and liability related to excessive drinking, such as persuading guests to stop or arranging transportation.
• Stocking the bar with beer, wine, liquor, and related supplies.
• Cleaning bars, work areas, and tables.
• Maintenance of cleanliness in all areas of the bar.
• Reporting equipment issues and maintenance concerns to management.
• Participation in scheduled employee meetings and provision of suggestions for improvement.
• Coordination with fellow employees to meet guests' needs and support the operation of the restaurant.

Estimated Salary: $18.50 per hour
