Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Access Manager to join our team at UCHealth. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the department, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement departmental goals, standards, and objectives that support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
  • Manage staff relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.
  • Oversee scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
  • Monitor departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations.
  • Assess the quality of patient care delivered and coordinate patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years' related experience.
