Esthetician Lead

Compensation: Our compensation package includes an hourly rate of $18.00 for initial onboarding and ongoing training hours, as well as commission rates ranging from 33%-49% based on skillset and relevant experience. The estimated salary for this position is around $40,000-$60,000 per year, based on a 20-hour workweek and commission rates.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Skincare Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, tailoring product recommendations to individual needs, and assisting with salon operations when time allows. You will also have the opportunity to earn retail product commissions per program guidelines.

Requirements:

• Active Washington State esthetician or master esthetician license
• Expertise in skincare services
