We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-time Office Assistant to join our team at Reli., a dynamic eCommerce company based in Cerritos, CA.

This role will report directly to our People & Culture Manager and be responsible for maintaining a clean, tidy, and presentable office space, including stocking the kitchen with coffee, snacks, and drinks.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining office supplies by ordering, restocking, and maintaining inventory.
  • Preparing for and welcoming guests, and supporting special events at the office.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, with occasional offsite tasks, including at our warehouse and secondary office.
  • Assisting with setting up conference rooms and ensuring all equipment is functional and ready for use.

This is a part-time position with a schedule of Tuesday and Thursday in office and flexible hours outside of these days.

Requirements include previous work experience maintaining and managing an office setting or similar environment, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in basic office software.
