Job Summary

The Network Services Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, upgrading, and migrating Oracle databases and Quantum Control server software, including all supporting framework required for additional licensed modules.

This role involves providing consulting services to customers regarding upcoming or ongoing projects and offering high-level support for complex issues raised through our Technical Support department.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with customers to schedule and complete assigned projects within deadlines
  • Act as next-tier support for issues requiring assistance from Tech Support technicians
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and quote service requirements for upcoming projects
  • Work with the Development team to identify and report software issues and establish test environments as needed
Requirements
  • Demonstrate proficiency with and comprehensive understanding of the Quantum Control application functions (6-12 months experience), including external framework necessary for Document Imaging, Event Manager, Analytics, Barcoding, Mobile Tech, Mobile Imaging, Mobile Warehouse, and Quantum Dashboard modules
  • Familiarity with Oracle database software fundamentals
  • Strong understanding of SQL and how Quantum tables are structured in an Oracle database
  • Able to deploy and manage websites in IIS
  • Must be available for next-tier support when issues arise
  • Willingsness to work weekends or after-hours as needed
Compensation and Benefits

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD per year – dependent on experience
