For instance, Rippling's onboarding process allows businesses to hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365 within 90 seconds. This seamless integration saves time and enhances the overall user experience.

A great user experience is essential for building trust with our customers, allowing them to confidently manage critical aspects of their business.

As a designer at Rippling, you will be responsible for crafting these experiences. Our IT suite spans multiple product areas, including Identity, Device Management, Compliance, Marketplace, and Integrations. The ideal candidate will design new products from scratch, improve and expand existing ones, and uncover greenfield business opportunities within their product portfolio. They will also design large-scale and complex experiences, making them intuitive and delightful to use. Additionally, they will level up the design team by mentoring others, defining operational processes, and leading by example through craft and behavior.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional partners, facilitate design-driven discussions, and help prioritize initiatives. They will create a long-term vision for their products, set a roadmap, and define product requirements to execute on that roadmap. Effective time management, stakeholder management, and design process management are also essential skills for this role.

This position requires a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality product experiences, shipped against tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience in a product design role, with 6+ years preferred. A B.A/B.S. in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field/equivalent experience is also necessary.

Rippling offers a competitive salary, ranging from $138,000 to $241,500 per year, depending on location. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, commuter, life, and disability benefits, as well as uncapped PTO, flexible work hours, and generous parental leave. The role is based in the US San Francisco Bay Area, and the company highly values employees working in-office to foster a collaborative work environment and company culture.
