CDL Rear Load Hauler

As a CDL Rear Load Hauler at Rumpke Waste and Recycling, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient collection and disposal of waste and recyclable materials. This position requires excellent driving skills, physical stamina, and attention to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate heavy-duty trucks in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by collecting and hauling waste or recycling materials to designated facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of routes and driver logs.
- Clean and maintain vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers through professional communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field (not required).
- Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record.
- DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain prior to hire.
- Excellent physical health, with ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
