About the Role
As a Warranty Returns Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling and recovery of returned products at Mid-West Equipment Sales. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading and supervising a team responsible for processing returned products, warranty claims, and product recovery. You will oversee returns receiving operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of incoming shipments and returned goods. Additionally, you will develop and implement procedures for efficient processing, inspection, and disposition of returned products.

You will also analyze data and metrics related to returns and product recovery to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for cost reduction. Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance return processes, manage inventory levels of returned and recovered products, and ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in all return and recovery processes.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and organize a team toward achieving goals. You should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, and paid time off and holidays.
