Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Counseling Team Lead to join our team in Klamath Falls, OR. This role will provide leadership and guidance to our counseling staff, while also maintaining a caseload and participating in quality improvement initiatives.


Salary Range: $64,690.58 - $97,035.87 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct clinical supervision to licensed therapists, including live supervision, consultation, education, and co-therapy
  • Maintain a 20% clinical caseload, depending on duties
  • Ensure access, quality, and effectiveness for a KBBH program component or specialty
  • Make day-to-day workload and workflow decisions
  • Assist with Quality Improvement initiatives and participate in multi-stage approvals
  • Manage the walk-in clinic and work closely with Care Navigators and front desk staff to coordinate clinic needs and schedule
  • Train new employees and provide in-service training for experienced workers

Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Certification or licensure as a Mental Health Associate Certified Board (MHACBO) QMHP, or actively pursuing certification/licensure
