The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting high-security electronic lock systems, including both new product lines and enhancing existing solutions.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where the candidate will manage multiple projects while demonstrating high levels of responsibility and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design complex electro-mechanical systems using SolidWorks CAD software.
  • Develop and test lock systems and accessories that integrate electronic and mechanical hardware solutions.
  • Support and develop solutions to meet customer requests and to address product challenges.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams and development partners to provide technical support and drive project deliverables.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to drive product and process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a world-class manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization's physical premises.
