Job Summary

Adventist HealthCare seeks a skilled Certified Surgical Tech to join our Operating Room team. As a key member of our surgical team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our surgeons and medical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the surgical team in providing safe and culturally aware patient care
  • Pass instruments and sterile supplies to surgeons during procedures
  • Prepare the Operating Room with necessary supplies and equipment
  • Properly sterilize instruments and supplies
  • Serve as a surgical assistant as needed
  • Assist in ordering and restocking Operating Room supplies and instruments
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician program and certified
  • 1 year of hospital Operating Room experience preferred
