The estimated starting salary range for this position is $25.24 - $34.71 per hour, based on relevant work experience, education, and skills.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist II to join our ISR and Aviation team. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative assistance to senior leaders, helping them manage their calendars, track tasks, and stay organized.

You will be responsible for maintaining contact information, desktop instructions, and digital filing systems, as well as creating reports and presentations that showcase your expertise.

In addition, you will coordinate travel, meetings, events, and catering, and prepare and submit expense reports and purchase requisitions.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficient communication skills. If you are a tech-savvy individual with a passion for administration, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A.A. (or equivalent degree) and 3 years of relevant work experience, or H.S. Diploma and 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have general knowledge of administrative practices, including preparing expense reports and purchase requisitions, and coordinating meetings, events, and travel.
  • Must be extremely dynamic, demonstrate initiative, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to solve problems of moderate scope and complexity, and contribute to projects and goals.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
