Compliance Associate

Pacira BioSciences, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Compliance Associate to join our team. As a Compliance Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and monitor the compliance of promotion and/or non-promotional business activities within the U.S.
- Assist in the record review processes for transactional monitoring and auditing activities
- Serve as a compliance knowledge resource on internal processes, policies, and procedures
- Document and effectively communicate and report auditing and monitoring observations and findings
- Conduct root cause analyses to identify areas of risk and prepare recommendations to address and prevent instances of non-compliance
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-2 years of experience working in a compliance environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or biologic industry
