Achieving True Self is committed to delivering exceptional care to our young clients, and we are seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals who share your passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and need for each client.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote skill development and behavioral change.
  • Provide training and supervision to colleagues and support staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress, treatment plans, and data collection.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordinated care.

Salary Range: $60-$80 per hour (billable hours), plus $15 per hour for indirect time (training, supervision, etc.). A sign-on bonus of $5,000 (full-time) or $3,500 (part-time) may be offered after successful completion of 400 billable hours within 6 months.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Licensed as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
