Echocardiographer Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Echocardiographer Technologist to join our team at Baptist Memorial Health Care. As a key member of our Diagnostic Imaging department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

• Perform imaging procedures and treatments according to cardiac ultrasound practice standards to aid in diagnosis and treatment of disease.
• Develop and implement procedure/treatment plans utilizing established hospital protocols and guidelines.
• Complete documentation as required to comply with hospital policies and procedures.
• Maintain equipment, procedure/treatment rooms, and work areas in a neat and safe condition to ensure patient and staff safety.
• Participate in hospital and departmental Performance Improvement activities to ensure patient care meets established standards.

• Registered by American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiac Credentialing International and/or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or new graduate waiting to take registry.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire date.

• Recent experience as a Sonographer.
