Bilingual Janitorial Project Manager

Descripción del trabajo:

El gerente de proyectos de limpieza es responsable de supervisar y entrenar a un equipo de limpiadores y personal de mantenimiento en múltiples ubicaciones. Asigna tareas y horarios para garantizar la cobertura eficiente en todas las localizaciones. Proporciona orientación y apoyo para mantener un alto estándar de limpieza y higiene. Realiza inspecciones regulares para asegurarse de que se cumplan los estándares de limpieza o se superen.

Responsabilidades y deberes:
  • Supervisa y entrena a un equipo de limpiadores y personal de mantenimiento en múltiples ubicaciones.
  • Asigna tareas y horarios para garantizar la cobertura eficiente en todas las localizaciones.
  • Proporciona orientación y apoyo para mantener un alto estándar de limpieza y higiene.
  • Realiza inspecciones regulares para asegurarse de que se cumplan los estándares de limpieza o se superen.
  • Aborda cualquier problema o deficiencia en la limpieza o mantenimiento de manera oportuna y efectiva.
  • Implementa planes de mejora basados en retroalimentación y evaluaciones de rendimiento con la ayuda del Gerente de Área.
  • Monitorea y gestiona suministros de limpieza, equipos y herramientas.
  • Coordina con el departamento de compras para asegurar una reserva adecuada de materiales de limpieza en todas las ubicaciones.
  • Mantiene registros de inventario y notifica al Gerente de Área cuando se necesiten suministros adicionales.
  • Asegura el cumplimiento de protocolos de seguridad y reglamentos en todas las actividades de limpieza.
  • Entrena al personal en el manejo correcto de productos químicos y equipos para prevenir accidentes.
  • Mantiene registros de capacitación en seguridad y incidentes, si es necesario.
  • Desarrolla y mantiene relaciones fuertes con los equipos de limpieza en las ubicaciones asignadas.
  • Planifica y organiza horarios de limpieza para diferentes ubicaciones en función de prioridades y necesidades.
  • Ajusta horarios según sea necesario debido a emergencias o eventos especiales.
  • Mantiene registros precisos de actividades de limpieza, inspecciones y tareas de mantenimiento.
  • Genera informes nocturnos sobre el desempeño de la limpieza, problemas e mejoras.
  • Fornicia informes al Gerente de Área como sea necesario.
  • Identifica necesidades de capacitación y proporciona capacitación continua al personal sobre técnicas de limpieza, seguridad y atención al cliente.
  • Proactivamente identifica desafíos y ayuda al Gerente de Área a desarrollar soluciones para mejorar procesos de limpieza y eficiencia.
  • Administra situaciones inesperadas de manera efectiva, como fallas de equipos o escasez de personal.
Salarío:

$18.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Requisitos y habilidades:
  • Tener experiencia en limpieza/ custodia.
  • Tener 1-2 años de experiencia en gestión o supervisión.
  • Estar bilingüe en inglés y español, muy preferible.
  • Tener autorización para trabajar en los Estados Unidos.
  • Tener capacidad para pasar una verificación de antecedentes.
  • Tener disposición para trabajar horas asignadas.
  • Siguiendo instrucciones y tener ganas de aprender.
  • Presentar un aspecto impecable y profesional.
  • Tener actitud positiva y fuerte sentido del trabajo.
  • Tener la capacidad de trabajar exitosamente tanto de forma independiente como en equipos.
  • Tener la capacidad de doblarse, arrodillarse, alcanzar y girar con frecuencia durante toda la duración de la jornada laboral.
  • Tener la capacidad de levantar entre 40 lbs-50 lbs.
  • Tener la capacidad de caminar o estar de pie durante toda la jornada laboral.
