PeopleShare Inc is seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Call Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling questions, complaints, and processing orders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Handle inbound calls with a professional phone voice, ensuring accurate information is provided to the customer.
  • Communicate with customers through various channels, acknowledging and resolving their complaints quickly.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to stay calm when dealing with stressed or upset customers.
  • Comfortable using computers and familiar with Salesforce (a plus).

Salary and Benefits:
