Sales Associate Opportunity

About the Role:

  • Assist customers with finding the perfect ice skating equipment and provide expert advice to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and concerns.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 0-3 years of retail experience is preferred.
  • Enthusiasm for sports, particularly ice skating, is essential.
  • You must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills are necessary for operating point-of-sale systems and processing transactions.
