Job Responsibilities:
- Process payroll in accordance with federal, state, and facility guidelines
- Ensure accurate documentation of pay practices and timely merit increases
- Coordinate PIB (pay-in-lieu of benefits) process and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Post required posters and maintain accurate HRIS data
- Review time and attendance reports for accuracy and completeness
- Serve as a backup to the SDC and Human Resources Coordinator as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with college-level courses in accounting or business preferred
- Two years' experience in payroll or human resources
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
